Man's mind is all of man active.
What that this mean?
When God created man, He gave man the gift of his own mind. Man was GIVEN the ability to have independent thoughts and make independent decisions. This is called "Man's Personal Sovereignty" which God ( The Creator Of The Universe ) will not violate. Contrary to popular belief, He will not cross the line and FORCE you to so such-and-such.
The mind is the whole of man active by being the helm and rudder for man's being and body, the way it is for a ship. Whatever the mind decides to do the body must follow through. Whether it is yea or nay. The mind may be a small organ compared to the rest of the body, but it very powerful.
So, if a man ( or woman - remember the word MAN in the bible is all inclusive because woman came from man. God put Adam to sleep and took one rib from him and made the first woman from it . . . . . That's why Adam said: "Bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh. . . . . ." ) decides to do something, nothing can stop him. Whether it is a bad decision or not. Not even God, because He will not violate and MAKE man decide what to do.
Why doesn't God interfere? Because God did not make man to be robots. Even though God already knows what man decides to do may eventually kill himself, injure himself, destroy family, friends, business, start a war, etc. And eventually end up in HELL because he refuses to believe in and accept Christ as his Personal Savior for the remission of his sins. God is the perfect gentleman and will not interfere.
Why? Because God wants man to WILLINGLY come to Him and love Him!
What is God's position towards you if don't know Christ as your Savior? He is waiting for you to accept the invitation.
Every, I said, EVERY man was born a sinner and therefore needs a Savior. That's why Jesus came, so that ALL men ( and women ) will have a means of escape, from the quicksand of sin and the threat of Hell.
Now, it's time to use your mind and decide. I pray you will make the "right" decision.

Beracha Foundation Responds to Evangelical Baptist Missions (EBM) Bankruptcy
MAINEVILLE, Ohio, August 29, 2011 /Christian Newswire/ -- It is with great sadness that we at the Beracha Foundation have learned of Evangelical Baptist Mission's decision to file bankruptcy. Our prayers go out to all the missionaries, their families, supporters and churches who are impacted by this decision.
As the situation continues to unfold, we would like to clarify some statements which have been made regarding the relationship between the Beracha Foundation and EBM, particularly concerning lawsuits filed against Beracha by EBM leadership.

The EBM Board even issued a signed apology addressing this matter. In later meetings it was admitted by board members that EBM's problems started as early as 2001. Remorse was expressed by the Chairman of the Board for having purchased a large facility without the financial means to adequately provide for EBM's future. Statements of regret for not holding its President and Treasurer accountable for their actions were also expressed.
Beracha was EBM's largest donor. This was possible because our subsidies to them exceeded $4.32 for every $1.00 they paid for IT services. Additionally, we brought them many tens of thousands of dollars of donations from corporate sponsors we sought on their behalf. Any accusations that Beracha is the cause of EBM's financial problems and current state could not be further from the truth.
Where are we now? Like you, we are watching and waiting to see how this scenario plays out. We can only ask that fervent prayer be lifted up for the missionaries who are affected by this and that their vital ministries throughout the world will be able to continue unimpeded. In my opinion which is "biblical", two Christian organizations SHOULD NEVER sue one another in a secular court! By doing so they misrepresent GOD. 1. Before the secular world which is always grasping for reasons TO REFUSE TO BELIEVE IN THE EXISTENCE OF GOD and CHRIST. 2. And Christians, who are are tossed to and fro in their faith, and looking for an out. It's called "Bad Advertisement", and God has to vindicate Himself.

Biden Retracts, Too Little, Too Late, & Not Sincere.
China -- Biden Backtracks but Fails to Persuade: UNFPA and IPPF

Vice President Biden has called these practices "repugnant." Actions speak louder than words. If the Obama administration "strongly opposes" forced abortion in China, then why did they restore funding to UNFPA (United Nations Family Planning Fund), an "abortion provider" in China? In 2001, the U.S. cut funding to UNFPA because an investigation, headed by then Secretary of State Colin Powell, found that UNFPA was complicit in the coercive implementation of China's One Child Policy. In 2008, the U.S. State Department reaffirmed that determination, and yet the Obama administration resumed funding in 2009. President Obama's FY 2012 budget requests $47 million for UNFPA.
The current administration also funds the International Planned Parenthood Federation. The IPPF works hand in hand with the coercive Chinese Communist population control machine. Their website declares, "The China Family Planning Association (CFPA) plays a very important role in China's family planning programme. It supports the present family planning policy of the government . . ."
In China, a woman's body is not her own. It is the domain of the State. To fund organizations that work hand in glove with China's "womb police" does not constitute "strong opposition" to forced abortion and forced sterilization. Rather it constitutes complicity.
If the Obama administration is sincere in saying it "strongly opposes . . . forced abortion and sterilization," then it will either insist that UNFPA and IPPF cease operation in China, or it will defund these organizations.

Three Losers
The Domanic Stauss-Kahn case is over, and there were no winners. In my humble, scathing and unsolicited opinion, there were three losers.
Why three? You ask.
The first is Dominick Strauss-Kahn himself. The former International Monetary Fund Chief. He is a loser because of the dust up, he lost his cushy job, and his reputation while he cooled his jets in The Manhattan House of Detention. And, for a couple of weeks he was the man every woman loved to hate.
Why?
Because he was a rich CEO. An apparently “sleazy old man” who had nothing better to do than to sexually assault a poor Ghanian immigrant maid who was just doing her job. Apparently, he took advantage of the fact that he was super rich, and in a powerful position, did what he wanted. He could get away with it because he could buy himself out. The height of arrogance . . . . .
The next loser is the maid, Ms.Nafissatou Diallo. She claimed that she was sexually assaulted/raped when she entered Stauss-Kahn's suite at the Sofitel Hotel execute her duties as a housekeeper.
Over the river and through the woods this case went for the past three months. Until yesterday, when it was dismissed by a Manhattan judge. The bottom line? The case's glaring lack of evidence. Ms. Diallo's testimony was not believable. In other words, she lied too much.
The third loser?
Women as a whole. Federal Bureau Investigation ( FBI ) statistics say that only one woman out of every six who are sexually assaulted/raped, files an official police report. Why? Because the very act of sexual abuse is traumatizing enough to a woman. One is often further traumatized, abused, and humiliated by the justice system's questioning, scrutiny, and the process. Unfortunately, though this is the 21 Century, the justice system still treats women as if they perpetrated the crime.
Why is that?
Globally, law enforcement departments, officers, and the justice system knows that there are a certain percentage of women who do lie and say they were raped. Reason? Revenge, and/or monetary compensation. . . . . Hold that thought.
Ms. Diallo fell into right into the latter category! She saw Dominic Strauss-Kahn as an “easy mark”. She moved in for the kill, by saying he sexually assaulted her, so she could collect a much bigger paycheck than she was earning as a maid. Pure and simple.
What does this do for women who wish to report that they were honestly sexually abused? It makes them withdraw and hide the fact, rather than to be further disgraced by the justice system. Don't forget the news media, if it a high profile case.
What I suggest if God forbid this happens to you, develop a support system of family, friends, acquaintances who will stand with you. Someone to stay with and escort you from beginning, when you file the initial report, to the end, conviction or non-conviction. Stick with it, don't give up, and most importantly, don't go through it alone.
This is the only way the justice system will see that women are honest and sexual abuse is not a joke nor a laughing matter.

Christian - In Name Only?
This post is in response to an article I saw in my timeline on "FaceBook" of all places. Please read it first, in order to have the proper background in which to read my blog entry.

RED ALERT!: If this doesn't sound ATHEISTIC, I don't know what does!
In my opinion, I seriously ( though I am in no way judging ) doubt this author is even a Christian. Sad to say these days the word Christian has become a byword ( or fad ), and it is so easily bandied about. It is so common for anyone to let the word Christian just roll off people's lips, and live a totally opposite lifestyle, without fear of consequences. Why? Because God has become a joke to us here in America.
Unlike in some countries where one will hunted down, tortured, and even killed for claiming allegiance with Our Lord and Savior. In situations like that, people dare not be so hasty to claim Christ, unless they REALLY, REALLY know Him, because their reads will roll!. Like Steven, who said: "There's a crown laid up for me. . . . ." How could Steven ( The FIRST Martyr ) have said that, just before being stoned, if he didn't have a personal and close encounter with Christ?
As a believers, we admonished to believe all things. . . . . . . So, we take people at their word when they say they are Born Again. But, the Bible also tells us to "try the spirit". What kind of fruit does the person bear? You can't bear apples if you are a thorn bush, likewise you can't bear thorns if you are an apple tree.
If one IS a Christian one would be happy to hear from other Christians! The Word of God admonishes us to love and fellowship with one another! Sharing the Word of God, singing hymns and spiritual songs, encouraging each other with our testimonies, gathering to worship, hearing The Word Of God ( preached and taught ), and praying, this IS OUR LIFE NOW! What else do we have to look forward to? What else can possibly be more important than The Most High and Holy God?
Another admonishment from the Word Of God to Christians is for us to spread the Gospel! As someone was sent to tell YOU about Christ's death on the Cross and provision for Salvation, so He sends YOU out to do the same. With the popularity of the internet and social networking sites, as I see it ( and perhaps you do also ) as another part of The Hedges and Highways, to spread His word. I say take advantage and spread it as much as we can before our freedom to do so is taken away. As there is no telling who many precious souls have been snatched from the mouth of hell because of it. . . . .
As for the author who penned the above article, I advise them to do two things. One, if you are really a Christian, you need to SERIOUSLY check your faith. If you are backslidden, you need to bow down, repent, get right with God, and get back under His coverings ( The Body Of Christ, Pastor/Teacher, Word Of God ) and STAY THERE! You are manifesting a spirit that is AFAR OFF. . . . .
Two, if you don't know Christ, it is imperative to receive Him as your Lord and Savior! For you know not what tomorrow may bring. Being a Christian In Name Only will not cut the mustard with God! Not after His Son shed His precious blood and died on the cross for your sins. . . . . . . . . .
Instead of SAYING you know Him, You can really know Him!
And you too, will have ETERNAL SECURITY!

If you are backslidden, you need to bow down, repent, get right with God, and get back under His coverings ( The Body Of Christ, Pastor/Teacher, Word Of God ) and STAY THERE! You are manifesting a spirit that is AFAR OFF. . . . .
Two, if you don't know Christ, it is imperative to receive Him as your Lord and Savior! For you know not what tomorrow may bring. Being a Christian In Name Only will not cut the mustard with God! Not after His Son shed His precious blood and died on the cross for your sins. . . . . . . . . .
Instead of SAYING you know Him, You can really know Him!
And you too, will have ETERNAL SECURITY!
A Helpful Witnessing Tip
This article is born of the fact that I've had numerous confrontations with Atheists on Twitter. The first thing they want to do is argue with me about my faith. God did not say to argue with them, He said to "tell them". . . . . . . . .
So I decided to write this short tutorial on how to deal with certain people when we witness. One class of people ( forgive me for saying that . . . . . ) are Atheists.
Atheists deny the existence of God, though the Bible states "The heavens and earth are testimonies of His handiwork." The full purpose of their encounter with you is not to confess their need as a sinner for redemption, but to, harass, argue, ridicule you and your faith, and waste precious time. More on that later. . . . . .
They would love to spend ( if at all possible ) hours arguing or debating logic with you. In essence, they have no INTENTION OF BELIEVING, their intention is to steer YOU off course from YOUR faith in the One and True God. What we have here is a classic Satanic plot to brutalize you the believer, and shake you from your rest which Christ has blessed you with.
In dealing with Atheists, one MUST first be prayed up to date, and confessed up to date. One MUST also surrender oneself be guided by the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God is no joke and HE will give you the exact words to tell the person. Nine times out of ten, like Jesus did when He was before the Sanhedrin and Phraiseses, He spoke very little, but the words He spoke shut their mouths!
You merely tell them the Gospel, let them know God loves them, Jesus Christ died for them that they may be saved from an eternity in Hell and that's it. No discussions of various doctrines and concepts, logics, etc.
You have nothing to prove to them, nor can mortal man prove the existence of God to another with mere words, unless they are "anointed". If they want to know if God is real, let THEM taste and see that the Lord is good!
Leave it up to them to believe or not believe. Our God is a gentleman and does not force them to believe. He has, like He has with us, given them the gift of personal choice. The right to CHOOSE whether to believe in Christ or not. If they refuse, one day they will stand before The Most High and Holy God and will have to give account for the very words YOU told them. Why? You ( a faithful servant of the KING ), obeyed the Great Commission, went into the hedges and highways, and bid them to come. Yet they refused the invitation . . . . .
Cut the conversation short, walk away, and pray that some day, some hour, they would hear and receive. In the meantime, God has prepared other hearts to hear and receive. That's why you cannot waste time with those who willfully refuse to believe. . . . . . Time is critical and too short!
Note: This also applies to other what I called "entrenched believers". Jehovas Witnesses, Muslims, etc. They are firmly "dug in" and "steeped" in their belief, or non-beliefs and will not budge!
When you get a chance Google the word "entrenched". It means ( paraphrased ) dug into the ground in order to withstand a firefight ( as in war ). Meaning? They will not hear unless God anoints and prepares their hearts to hear, repent and receive.
We may plant, others may water, but only God give the increase.
